The company employs a staff of over 40 individuals and operates a 200-ton air-cooled storage facility alongside a 50-ton pre-cooling facility, achieving a daily processing capacity of 50 tons. The company's primary product portfolio includes traditional Korean kimchi (available as side dishes or diced cubes), radish cubes, small radishes, scallions, mustard greens, and various seasoning sauces. The annual production capacity reaches 20,000 tons, utilizing over 30,000 tons of Chinese cabbage annually. The main raw materials consist primarily of agricultural products—such as Chinese cabbage, radishes, large green onions, onions, garlic, Chinese chives, and ginger—supplemented by auxiliary ingredients including fish sauce, shrimp paste, MSG, corn syrup, white sugar, and glutinous rice flour.
